Student Leadership
Student Leadership is strategically designed to invest in the leadership knowledge and abilities of students. Through intense leadership training, personal discipleship, and spiritual development, Student Leadership will mobilize students to action in their church, youth ministry, and city.
11 Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. 12 Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.

Our leadership philosophy is one that believes that when students take ownership of ministry, not only are their friends‘ lives changed, but the leader is changed as well. Jesus taught his disciples how to do ministry, and even sent them out two by two without Him. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, they replicated what they were taught, and more lives were changed. It is our goal to equip students to do the work of the Lord and to build the body of Christ.
Adult Staff
This generation needs some heroes. Those who will move out of the shadows of business as usual and step in the arena of modern youth culture. Adult Staff is strategically designed to invest in the lives of the students through mentorship, discipleship, spiritual guidance, and prayer.
5 Father to the fatherless, defender of widows—this is God, whose dwelling is holy. 6 God places the lonely in families; he sets the prisoners free and gives them joy.
Psalms 68.5-6 (NLT)
The role of the Adult Staff team is to be fathers and mothers to this fatherless generation. They are in desperate need of belonging, and we want to provide a place where they can belong to the family of God. The Adult Staff will in essence, be the spiritual parents of these students, guiding their decisions with biblical wisdom and perspective. They will be there to encourage, love, and instruct their students in the ways of God.
