Rather, Excelerate offers front line, “hands-on” ministry exposure to a wide range of needs represented in our world today.

2. Quality mentorship
Every student receives three types of mentorship: one on one, group mentorship, and district mentorship.

  • One on One: Each student is personally mentored by several pastors and leaders within Chico First Assembly. This mentorship ranges, from personal development all the way to practical ministry training.
  • Group Mentorship: Throughout the year the students of Excelerate sit with various, pastors and leaders throughout the West Coast.
  • District Mentorship: Once a month the interns will join other interns from Northern California/Nevada in Sacramento, for mentorship and networking with Senior Pastors, Missionaries, Evangelists, Children’s Pastors, Youth Pastors and other ministry roles, for no additional cost.
